My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were upgraded and featured brand new 32" Flat screens, plus a cute little balcony, in traditional Mexican style. The customer service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect, just steps away from 5th Avenue and close to the beach. The dining experience was good, offering delicious grilled dishes, but it's not included in the rate. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel's location on Fifth Avenue was superb, close to pretty much everything, but the wobbly toilet in my room was a downside. The service was top-notch with awesome customer service, although the Air Conditioner broke during my stay.
